Our company offers a diverse range of transportation services, including refrigerated deliveries, flat bed heavy equipment transportation, and dry van transportation. We deliver to clients across all States, excluding Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI).

Additionally, he ensures that all invoices for delivered loads are submitted through Factoring Services. Mr. Rice's contributions have proven to be invaluable to the success of Chavez Logistics LLC.
Ownership Support to Fleet Dispatcher, Drivers and Equipment
Mrs. Luz Chavez Arias, is our Transportation Logistics Coordinator. Ms. Chavez is 40% company owner and plays a vital role in the company, which includes engaging with load brokers and freight dispatchers to ensure loads are received and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with the broker’s requirements. Mrs. Chavez also engages with Chavez Logistics LLC’s prime leasing freight partner to ensure compliance with the company's regulations.
Mr. Jose C. Sanchez, is our Financial Chief Officer. Mr. Sanchez is 30% company owner and ensures company financial compliance with contracts, contracting invoicing, IRS reporting, accounting and ensures compliance with the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) quarterly reporting.
Mr. David Gonzalez, is our Chief Logistics Operation Officer, Mr. Gonzalez is 30% company owner and he ensures equipment is compliant with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Key Trucking monitoring.

Contract Award 01 December 2024
Contract Capabilities Delivery Agreement under Contract Number INL-CL02-2024 was awarded to Chavez Logistics LLC on 14 November 2024. The contract establishes a Firm Fixed price agreement between Chavez Logistics LLC and INL Masonry Multi Services LLC, where as Chavez Logistics LLC provides construction material delivery (Steel, Stone, Lumber, and Roofing Shingles) and heavy equipment (Bobcat, loaders, and forklifts). Delivery is accomplish by dry van and flat beds.
The contract award for $93,600.00 per year for a period of performance (PoP) expected to complete by 31 October 2025.

Current Contract Vehicle Lease Agreement under Contract Number F&L-CL01-2024 was awarded to Chavez Logistics LLC on 31 July 2024. The contract establishes a lease agreement between Chavez Logistics LLC and F&L Logistics where as Chavez Logistics LLC provides equipment (three Tractor Trucks, one 53 Great Dane Reefer trailer, two 48 feet Great Dane heavy duty trailers and one Dry Van 53 feet trailer) capable to haul up to 80,000 lbs, CDL man power, and Fleet Management Dispatcher Services.
The contract award value at $612,000.00 per year for a period of performance (PoP) expected to complete 31 July 2025.
